UK Delivery Place your order by 1PM Monday - Friday and we'll dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 1PM ship the following working day.

International Shipping International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Any import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.
By placing an international order, you confirm you have read and understood this, and agree to be responsible for all applicable import charges.
If you are unwilling or unable to pay import charges, please do not place an international order.
Carrier Contact Your order may be shipped via UPS or another international carrier. The carrier may contact you directly to arrange payment of import charges or to obtain information required for customs clearance. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and monitor your email for carrier communications. Shipments may be held until charges are paid and required information is provided.
Refused or Rejected Shipments Refusing delivery, failing to pay import charges, or failing to respond to the carrier does not remove your responsibility for associated charges.
If your order is returned to us as a result:
- The original shipping charge will not be refunded
- No refund will be processed until goods are received and inspected by us
- International returns can take several months to reach us
- Any costs billed to us (duties, return shipping, refusal fees, etc.) will be deducted from your refund
- If costs exceed the refundable amount, you may be liable for the outstanding balance
Returns After Delivery If you've received your order and wish to return an item, return shipping costs and any associated customs or import charges are your responsibility. We do not cover or reimburse return postage, duties, taxes, or third-party fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed once returned goods have been received and inspected, minus any charges billed to us as a result of the return.
A Note Before You Order Internationally Import charges vary by destination, product value, classification, and country of origin - these are set by customs authorities and are outside our control. We cannot alter or waive them on your behalf.
